1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use online services in your jurisdiction. Minors may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the service for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use ImgObjectRemover.

You may sign in through Google, WeChat, or other methods we make available. Third-party sign-in is also governed by the provider’s terms.
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should promptly report unauthorized use.
Each new user may receive the sign-up credit grant only once. Duplicate accounts, automated registrations, or other attempts to evade this rule may result in revoked credits or account suspension.

You must have the rights, permissions, or other lawful basis required for every image and instruction you submit, and your request must not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from what you expect. Review results before downloading, publishing, or using them commercially, especially when images involve people, brands, products, or important documents.
Originals and results for successful tasks are stored privately until you delete them. You can permanently delete a task and its images at any time from Task history in your account. Deleted images cannot be recovered.
We do not guarantee that every image, prompt, or complex scene can be processed successfully or that results are fit for a particular purpose. Credits are deducted only after a result is successfully generated and safely stored, and charged results can be recovered from account task history; failed generations do not consume credits.

Credits are calculated only from the longest side of the original uploaded image, not the processed output resolution: up to 1024px costs 1 credit, 1025–2048px costs 2 credits, and above 2048px costs 4 credits.
Sign-up credits are subject to the free-usage rules. Paid credits are sold as one-time packs, never expire, and do not renew automatically. Your current balance is shown on the pricing and account pages.
To prevent abuse and protect reliability, we may apply IP, account, or service-wide rate limits and daily quotas. Attempts to evade limits or use abnormal automation may be blocked.

Prices, currency, taxes, and credit amounts are shown before checkout. Every payment is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store complete payment-card details.
After a successful purchase, credits are added to the signed-in account and never expire. Confirm the selected pack and account before paying.
Except where required by law, stated at checkout, or permitted by the payment provider, consumed digital credits are generally non-refundable. Contact us through Feedback for duplicate charges, missing credits, or technical failures.

Do not use the service for illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation, or content that violates another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or safety.
Do not attack, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or its APIs, and do not bypass authentication, payment, credit, rate-limit, or security controls.
Do not overload the service through bots, bulk accounts, malicious scripts, or unauthorized resale. Ordinary authorized commercial image editing is permitted.

The ImgObjectRemover brand, interface, code, copy, and website assets belong to us or their respective owners and may not be copied or impersonated without permission.
You retain rights in your uploaded content to the extent you already hold those rights. You grant us a limited license only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You may use processed results to the extent allowed by applicable law. Copyright protection and third-party rights in AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction and content, and remain your responsibility to evaluate.

We may maintain the service, update models, and change features, pricing, credit rules, or limits. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
The service may be interrupted by network, AI provider, authentication, payment, or hosting failures. We work to restore it but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, appear fraudulent, threaten the platform, or must be acted on for legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service, reliance on AI results, data loss, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms and the date above. Material changes may also be announced on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
For questions about terms, payments, accounts, or content processing, contact us through the Feedback launcher in the lower-right corner. If a dispute arises, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication.
